Im experiencing a lot of dizziness
I've been feeling really dizzy and light-headed on and off today. I'm feeling pretty bad right now and I'm not sure why. I've been drinking extra water to make sure I'm not dehydrated, but it doesn't seem to be getting any better.

Common causes of dizziness include a migraine, medications, and alcohol. It can also be caused by a problem in the inner ear, where balance is regulated. Dizziness is often a result of vertigo as well. The most common cause of vertigo and vertigo-related dizziness is benign positionalvertigo (BPV).
