I have read your medical history in detail.
Your weight is 63 kg. You didn't mention your height.
You have given birth to a healthy baby. You gained 15 kg during pregnancy (normal).
You lost 10 kg after delivery (normal).
You still may lose some more weight.
Your liver function tests are normal (normal).
To me it seems that there are more normals than abnormals in your medical history,
I suggest you be normal. Don't go for too many investigations and treatments.
Some physical activity.
Healthy diet.
Keep a record of your weight every month.
You may consult me on Practo for further management.
