Ideal toothpaste for sensitive
In October, i got my teeth plaque cleaned with water jet floss. The dentist prescribed Elsenz toothpaste at that time and an anti-plaque mouthwash. It's been a long since i got my teeth cleaned now, so which toothpaste should i use now? Also, a mouthwash is needed? After cleaning, my bad breath issue got resolved but seems to be appearing 1-2 times whenever i forget or don't properly follow my dental routine.

Hello dear,               Hope you are doing good. Using toothpaste is just for cleaning purpose and it never going to resolve any of the dental issues. You can use any toothpaste and the thing is maintain your oral hygiene better with brushing and gargling with warm salt water daily. Thats more than enough to maintain our oral hygiene.
