Iam taking kidney stone medicine
I have kidney stone which is present in ureter end trying to enter into the bladder.. Iam taking medicine ..today when i try to masturbate i can get a hard on ...i can maintain it and when i reach climax i get the feel of cumming but the sperms isnt came out ...but i got the satisfaction feel like i cummed...pls help help

Hello. Please share your usg report. Ureteric stone can cause hydronephtosis (which leads to kidney damage).
I think you have shown to a urologist and he has started you on tamsulosin/alfuzosin. These drugs have a known side effect of retrograde ejaculation ( the problem you are facing, no ejaculate)
You need not worry about ejaculate as it will become normal when you stop these medications. However you need to be cautious about your stone
