I was diagnosed with hernia
I have Hernia on the left side of my groin area. I also have a spermatocele in the upper part of the scrotum. The size the spermatocele increased since few days. Has the size increased because of hernia? Hernia has been a little painful since the last few days and size of the spermatocele also increased within these few days. I want to know if there is any relation between my hernia and spermatocele. Will there be a relief when I get through the hernia surgery? What are some treatments other than surgery for spermatocele?

spermatocele is a benign cystic accumulation of sperm that arises from the head of the epididymis. Although often disconcerting to the patient when noticed, these lesions are benign. Spermatoceles can develop in varying locations, ranging from the testicle itself to locations along the course of the vas deferens. Nevertheless, in common usage, spermatoceles are intrascrotal, paratesticular cystic collections of sperm that arise from the epididymis. The differential diagnoses include hydrocele, varicocele, hernia, simple epididymal cyst, and neoplasm. History, examination, and ultrasonography can aid in the differentiation.
Next Steps
consult a general surgeon, no medicines for hernia or mass and don't believe if anybody says that there is medicine for hernia.

Hello!!! So there are some things that you need to know about hernia!!!! Most importantly, the causes. Hernias are caused by a combination of muscle weakness and strain. Depending on its cause , a hernia can develop quickly or over a long period of time. Common causes of muscle weakness include: 1. Failure of the abdominal wall to close properly in the womb, which is a congenital defect 2. Age 3. Chronic coughing 4. Damage from injury or surgery 5. Being pregnant, which puts pressure on abdomen 6. Being constipated, which causes strain when having a bowel movement 7. Lifting heavy weight 8. Persistent coughing or sneezing Depending on the reason for you developing hernia, treatment in Homoeopathy is available to eliminate the tendency of getting hernia. Contrary to what most Homoeopathic doctors say, I believe that Homoeopathy can surely help in treating hernia. Now coming to the relationship between spermatocoele and hernia, and if treating hernia will also help with reducing spermatocoele: There is no clinical evidence to say that hernia increases spermatocoele. So they both are different conditions with different reasons to occur, and so have different treatment procedures. I would strongly recommend that you try Homoeopathy before surgery. The action of Homoeopathic medicines can be best illustrated in you, considering your age (18yrs). To be able to help you get rid of your health problems, I will need to elicit more details from you. These are pertaining to the onset of your condition, duration, and any associated symptoms that you've got with it. To keep all information confidential, I think we should talk on practos chat platform or you can also identify other methods of reaching me as given on my website- https://major-iengar-clinic.com I hope this answer was helpful, and I am happy to have been of service to you.
