Hello.. She must be having post surgery hypothyroidism.. Feeling tiredness and other symptoms even on tab may indicate her levels see still not adequately controlled.. Get her T3 T4 TSH and consult endocrinologist.. U can consult online if lockdown is problem with your favourite endocrinologist.
