Hi.... It would been easier if you posted your current blood glucose level, Life style modifications are the main treatment for the Diabetes.... Consider dietary changes. Low-fat, high-carbohydrate diets may increase insulin levels, so you may want to consider a low-carbohydrate diet . High-fiber carbohydrates include whole-grain breads and cereals, whole-wheat pasta, bulgur wheat, barley, brown rice, and beans. Exercise helps a lot. Consult your doctor before going for alternate medicine.
