I want to puton my weight
I am 22 years college going girl.I am too much weak. My weight is 35 kg. I really want too put on my weight. Is this possible???

Hi protein rich food like soya , cereals , pulses , egg , meat would build up muscle mass . and regular exercise would keep you fit . not to go for oily cheesy junk foods aas it results in unhealthy weight gain.
