I have syndentry life style from 8 a.m. to 8p.m. No exercise My weight is 90kg belly stomach I want diet menu for 1200 Calories for daily life

Take frequent and small meals instead of large meals. Take meals at the interval of 2-3 hrs. Drink lot of water everyday. Take high fiber foods like fresh fruits and vegetables, sprouts etc. Take flaxseeds and almonds to reduce cholesterol levels.

Hi..I would prefer for customised dieting which needs personal call/chat..however u can follow these steps as thumb rules Get started with luke  warm water empty stomach each morning Go for small frequent meals.. No empty stomach Breakfast shud be full n dinner shud be in minimum No package food n cold things Reduce liquid after sunset Drink water before meal n after an hour of each meal..preferably luke  warm Exercise regularly not only for weight loss but it shud be a habit for healthy living.
