I want to lose my abdomen fat.
I'm 14, i weigh nearly 70kgs my height is 171 cms. I'm not very fat nor do I eat much (just up to my content), but still i bear some abdomen fat(which I do not like). Could you please tell me an exercise and diet to quickly lose it.

You Need To Take High Fiber Low Fat Diet. Drink Lot Of Water. Take Small And Frequent Meals At Regular Intervals. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
