I want to know about diet
I want to know the diet I should take while my sugar is going to 125 fasting and 110 PP. I am of 49 years.

Foods to avoid –sweets, puddings, ice creams, honey, gur and sugar . jams, jellies, chutney, tomato sauce. Fried and oily foods like pakoras, pooris, tikki, vada, samosa, paratha. Processed cheese, full cream milk , butter and ghee. Biscuits, rusks, cakes,corn flakes, pastries and choclates Fruits juices, milk shakes, syrups, alcoholic beverages, aerated cold drinks. Fried fish, fried chicken, fried meats, kebas (full of salt). Refined white flour, Maida, cornstarch, white bread, buns, bagels. Sweet potato, beet root, arbi, potato and carrots. White rice, biryani, fired rice, noodles, pasta, Bananas, mangoes, grapes, chiku, lichi. Foods – consumable freely Lemon water , tea and coffee without sugar, green tea, unsweetened cocoa powder, carbonated water ,
