My teeth are crowded and crooked. I had braces 3 years back. But i don't see much difference. I don't want to have braces on again. I wish to get a treatment which is less time consuming.

For crowding, orthodontic treatment is the best option. Strange, you didn't get results in 3years. Need to see clinically to suggest any other option. However, crooked teeth can be treated with veneers and crowns.
Next Steps
consult a good Orthodontist. Have patience & try braces again.

If u don't want the braces again u go for Invisalign or lingual braces , but little expensive and takes long time or u can go for artificial teeth for front teeth (option)
