Hi, if you are expecting to have best esthetics and best chewing ability, then a CBCT(3D xray) of the jaws to be taken to evaluate your jaw bone thickness, height and bone quality. Based on this, a multiple implants supported fixed prothesis would be the best way. And if the bone is insufficient, a removable prosthesis should suffice, of course there are also bone augmentation procedures to improve your bone if found deficient and make them suitable for implants.
