So this I've Black becteria I've really a problem of sensitivity till now I want some home made remedies or suggest me some pocket friendly Doctr

Sensitivity can result from reasons other than bacteria also. The black spots on your teeth are most likely decay caused by bacteria. Bacteria as such are microscopic and can't be seen by eyes. Please visit a dental Specialist for treatment. Your issue will be attended to. At home your problem can't be fixed.
