Pill has a high dose of hormone..your cycle and upcoming cycles are bound to be disturbed. No need to panic as there is almost no chance of pregnancy if you had intercourse on day 1 of period or a day prior

Unwanted 72 is to be taken within 72 hrs of intercourse.  If you have taken urs on the first day of your EXPECTED period,  wait for a week more and do UPT.  In general,  chances of pregnancy are low if intercourse on the day before next expected period,  provided you have regular cycles.
