Abnormality can be found by USG at around six month of pregnancy  and then can take right decisions with consulting your doctor. But now you should be at positive  mood of reading, writing, drawings and some sort of social activities so that your child will born with positive mood. God forgives your act.

Do not worry. Have faith in god. Daily take good organic milk and curd. Coconut, oranges, spinach and amrood. Dont eat karela, chiku, pineapple or hot spices like tulasi and all. Take a spoon of organic shudha cow ghee ( pathmeda ghee) daily in hot milk. Every thing will be okay. But never do or try what you did again. Its crime. Its murder.

If you want to continue pregnancy without possible fear of abnormalities in the foetus consult with Ayurvedic practitioner nearby for Garbhasanskar . In Ayurveda, some remedies are there to stabilize the foetus, normalize the growth and development of foetus and healthy delivery of child. For this, detailed history and physical examination is needed. USG for Foetal anamoly scan is available in 5th and 7th month of pregnancy
