I think it is Enterobiasis
From last month my anal is paining during pee slightly swelledFrom 2 days at night time itching in anal and small pinworms appear.. im scared. please help me sir

U have to check out to surgery doctor for that. Try to sitz bath (sit on betadine solution in warm water) and also apply lignocaine jelly in ur anal region. This may help to some relief.
