I think I have strained my wrist
I fell a few days ago and hurt my wrist, I don't think it's broken and there's no swelling or bruising but it's really sore, I can't put pressure on it. I can still move it and do things but it hurts! I've been putting ice on it but it isn't really helping, I don't know whether to go to A&E or not because I'm pretty sure it's probably just a strain and I'm not sure there's anything that can be done and I don't want to waste time, should I go?

Your wrist needs bracing with  a  cock up wrist splint. You can get this splint for any medical store. It should be used for at least 3 weeks. Pain medication will help in faster resolution of symptoms.
