I see double images of bright things.
If I am watching a bright object in front of dark background it appears as double image which is slightly up than object. I think it happens for all object but I could notice only the bright on dark ones. Also I find it difficult to focus on distant things. And I am not confirm but feels like I see dimmer than before.

Hello This could be due to uncorrected refractive error Kindly consult local ophthalmologist and and get proper eye examination done
