I got rashes on my vagina and white liquid type fluid is coming out from it and there is so much itching there i got irritated and pain over it please solve my problem

Most likely you are suffering from fungal infection.. you can either go to any nearby doctor for getting a clinical examination done... or you can consult with me directly online for a symptom based treatment.. medications for the same will be told only after individualization
