Anything can cause anything but not in all the patients. If you do a lot of research on the Internet you will surely find some references to i pill causing breast cancer or cervical cancer even though they may be "One case has been reported " type. No it is not going to cause any cancer For cervical cancer you can get the vaccination done The side effects include excessive and irregular vaginal bleeding delayed periods and since it has a failure rate pregnancy

I pill is just for emergency. It has high failure rate that is you can get pregnant, can cause tubal pregnancy which can be life threatening. Can cause irregular periods.. But it is not linked to cervical or breast cancer.
