I need suggestions:psychiatrist or gynae
Me and my gf did our first and last Intercourse on 24th December 2025 using condom on 3rd day of menstrual cycle. I was extremely tensed about this incident what if she gets pregnant. So I waited for 4 Bleedings ( till April ). Then I decided to meet her on 2nd may to check her belly and also decided not to indulge in any kind of penetrative intercourse as I was already tensed. So we decided only to do foreplay stuffs like mutual masturbation by hand( no one of us inserted finger into the vagina and we made sure hands were cleaned),oral sex and nothing else. *There was no genital- genital rubbing like my penis touching her vulva or her anus nothing like that*. Even after doing no intercourse and no genital-genital rubbing, I am taking tension about pregnancy. She already got Bleeding on 6th may then on 10th june then on 7th July then on 7th August. Each Bleeding were of 4 days and took 10 xl pads. I also asked her to do urine pregnancy test on 6th june, 9th june and both were negative.
