Only having this water is not sufficient. You need to focus on Healthy Lifestyle & Dietary changes as well. Take 6 meals 3 main & 3 short comprising all nutrients Macros & Micros. Take atleast 3-4 lit of water everyday. Time discipline should be there for all meals and other activities. Physical activity must be of 40-50 min each day. Keep the stress at bay.
Limit all processed, preserved, packaged and outside food completely. Stop smoking and hard drinks if any.
