I need a treatment for my front tooth

I assume you are suffering from horizontal fracture of the tooth. (As vertical fracture seldom presents as esthetic problem)
Depending on the severity of the fracture, different treatment modalities are suggested by dentist ranging from simple restoration (dental filling) to Root Canal Treatment followed by post & core; and finally crown.

You have to visit the clinic as I have to see it first, from where it has broken, fracture is horizontal or vertical, if required then I have to take Xray also then only I can suggest you best option to repair that defect.
