I might have piles but no bleeding yet.
I am having problems in bowel movements as my stool is coming too tight & causes pain during its release. But no bleeding took place yet. It sometimes pains during sitting as well.

You probably have Fissure-in-ano. Consult a surgeon who will examine you and decide your line of treatment.
