I'm worried about my mental health
Lately, I don't smile much anymore. I feel nervous around people, it feels like it's hard to breathe when I'm surrounded by a lot of people, I get nervous and scared. I feel numb inside, nothing excites me or I don't find joy in joyful things. I just like to sleep at day but I can't even sleep at night. I overthink about certain things. I fake my smile and laugh when I'm with other people. But I am genuinely happy with my girlfriend, she's the only person that makes me feel alive. What is happening to me? What should I do about this?
