I m very pale and raise in breathing
I m very upset bcz i m becoming pale day by day . my heartbeat increases rapidly n i feel some loose motion daily i feel hungry at midnight . i think sometimes tht there is smthng by which these problems r persisring ... N daily in the morning pain occurs in my waist back side ... Wht should i do plx tell me

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
I would suggest you get yourself checked out by a general physician in person for further evaluation and management.
As of now you can take a tab. Neurobion forte once a day after food for a month.
Tab. D3 must 60k once a week for 12 weeks.
