I m underweight
My age is 21 and my weight is just 38 kg I feel very depressed about this problem and also I feel sad everytime because of this plz help

You need to take high protein diet. Take all milk and milk products, eggs, pulses, sprouts, nuts, tofu, rajmah, chole, soyabean, paneer, chicken, fish etc. to gain muscle mass. Ask me directly for customized high protein diet plan for you.

HI, you are underweight but you will have to take care you diet and activity . You should try to gain muscle by proper diet like may increase Milk and milk product, Legumes, Egg, Soya, chicken etc but with protein options may increase carbs like pasta, chapatti , Rice, Bread and fruit will help you more .
