I'm 23 yrs. old, my height is 163 cms. But my weight is only 47 kg. I've got habituated to be called skinny. I have bread butter banana in breakfast, Roti/Rice in lunch and dinner and don't miss to have snacks also. Still nothing helps me to gain weight. If you could suggest me some helpful diets or anything else It would be great.
