I'm having bad habit of eating raw rice
I have been eating raw rice from 2 months and I eat a lot in a day. I had the habit before 4 yrs and I had stopped it but now I can't stop it. Does this effect menstrual cycle.

It will make u gain weight and indirectly cause irregular cycles Get ur Hemoglobin checked Have to slowly get over this habit
