I'm getting irregular menstrual cycle.
By last month i didn't get my periods. From yesterday i am having abdominal pain. I can see the reddish urine but don't have proper periods. how can I overcome this.help me out.

Wait for few days , if still the periods do not show u would need to get back to us for advice on this, however you may do a urine pregnancy test to clear doubts on pregnancy incase you are sexually active.
