I'm Experiencing dry eyes problem

Hi Doctor, I have dry eyes problem. I work in an IT organization, I had to work close to 11 hours daily. Because of the prolonged usage of computer under a/c enviroment. I feel very uncomfortable in the eyes. I use lubricants every 2-3 hours and ointment at night. My Dryness levels Right Eye -5 and Left Eye -3. I want to know if i continue using lubricants will I have any side effects. Can I stop using lubricants after sometime. Is using portable humidifiers is best option

continue the lubricant. can take omega 3 cap once daily for 4 to 6 wks. and follow some precautions
