I'm confused whether I have piles or not

Asked for Male, 17 Years

I have had a slight constipation recently and yesterday, I witnessed blood on the toilet paper after my stool.. and it happened again today. There is very slight pain. I can't really see an outgrowth, and I guess it's a simple cut in my anal passage(fissure). I need to know what is it and if I should consult a doctor. By the way, which doctor should I consult for this?? I also haven't had it ever before. It's the first time. Thank you

Hello there. I can understand your concern. It could just be a isolated even and you don't have to worry about it as such. Have a high fiber diet, drink plenty of fluids, and avoid oily and spicy foods. Consult a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards.
