I'm 2 months preganant?
I'm 2 months pregnant, will pills help me to stop pregnancy? Or i need to do surgery? Even i feel symptom like morning sickness, huge hairfall, triedness, mood swings,food be taste less also suggest me what do i eat ? I dont like eating food, its makes me feel vomit but vomit doesnot comes. Doing abortion or taking pills have side effect ? Please give me honest response.

If you want to terminate pregnancy then you should get an ultrasound done. If the pregnancy is less than 7 weeks, it can be terminated with pills
