  4. I lost my hearing in my left ear. Well.

I lost my hearing in my left ear
I got a cold a like 5 days ago and randomly over night two days ago I wake up and am like 95% deaf in my left ear and all I can hear basically is throbbing from my blood vessel. My left nostril feels inflamed as well.
