Dear young lady, Regular panic attacks definitely indicate that you require a comprehensive assessment and treatment for these symptoms. A thorough evaluation will rule out medical disorders with similar presentation like thyroid disorders, anemia, cardiac abnormality etc. Subsequently treatment is likely to consist of medication and psychological intervention. Such a treatment will help relieve the symptoms. Please consult a psychiatrist near you for helping you get out of this disorder. Hope this helps you..
