I hv hypoparathyriod issues
I was done 6 months before  total thyroid surgery, after that I am facing low calcium issues. But yesterday we did ANA test that is also positive.what means it's positive.

Ana could be due to ur previous hashimoto thyroiditis .. was there any such finding in ur biopsy? Ideally if the parathyroid gland was preserved in the thyroid surgery.. u can still get hypoparathyroidism upto 1 year or so after surgery... So I think u have to wait and watch
