You have to consult psychologist on priority basis either physically or online and get the solutions for the problem. The break up is one of the major reason for depression.
Next Steps
Please do look at the positive aspect of life, he was not meant for you.

Hello,  please do not feel bad about yourself first. If he has left you  for a reason which you  know and you are not able to accept that , I think better sort it out with him,  Or Go and share with a counsellor,  so that you get a clarity on how to move on in life.

It looks like you are having a tough time.i can understand your suffering. You are in grief now.So it will some time to accept the fact and move on in life. You can meet him once and clear all the doubts.Later if you can tolerate the suffering you will have to consult a psychiatrist and if it's bearable you can really look into spending your time in your hobbies and spending time with family and friends. Discuss this issue with whom you can confide and talk to freely that would help you in having clarity of thoughts.Think about the pros and cons or the future of this relationship.
Next Steps
engage yourself in physical exercise and meditation.
Health Tips
if unbearable please visit a psychiatrist
