I have wart on my lip,hand & beard area.

I have wart on my lip,hand & 7-8 near beard area...what is the permanant solution for this...as wart grew up nearly 8-9 months ago...its not healed up yet..i have been gone to dermatoligist but she also not able to say anything...i am now using thuja roll since a month...but it seems of no use...what should i d??
