I have vaginismus, how to treat it
I recently visited a sexologist regarding vaginismus problem.
She said it's phycological. Now I don't know how to solve a phycological problem.. and how best a therapist can solve a physical problem by phycological solution.
I am confused and scared and I don't know if I will ever be able to cure this
