I have too much pre cum issue
When ever i think of some sex activities my penis starts releasing too much watery viscous fluid. My whole plan get wet like i have cumed. And my back also pain too much. Now i am scared of even thinking sexual thoughts. Please help me is there any solution for this issue. I am very dipressed with this please help me out
