Hi There is nothing called finishing or complete cure for thyroid problem, you can keep it in control with regular medications and diet modification. Don't stop your medication without your physician's advice. Good health Dr Santhya

Hi, continue with your medications prescribed by your Physician. If refractory to medical management, or medical treatment fails, then surgery is indicated which includes Thyroidectomy (removal of thyroid gland).
