Try not to get acetabulum plate removed if not getting bothered by the plate, may cause additional damage. Femur plate can be removed provided the bone has United.

If there is no infection or pain or loosening of implant or implant failure ( breaking off) . Why You want to remove it. If you are worried for frequent air travel then keep X-ray film with you along with implant card My suggestion no need to remove it . Rest is your decision .
