I have some brain related problem
Since last many years I have been experiencing some chronic disease like anxiety ,depression etc which makes me to appear some major symptoms like fear,headache,speaking problem,body balance during walking ,anger,shorten of breath,sleepy always,pain in body ,heavy head experience and some other bad symptoms .so I request you to help me .
