Hi You can consult a psychologist and talk about the fear of going outside and mingling with people. A psychologist will also help assess your personality whether you are an introvert or extrovert. It is okay to be an introvert or extrovert. If you are someone who wants to go out and mingle with people you can do it. A psychologist will help you gradually overcome your fear.
