Hi, I didn't get the other term so I am responding just for the pimples. In Ayurveda, it is important to know the body type or the skin type of the person, also his age to get the best possible treatment, however, there is one foolproof general and basic method to eradicate pimples. Please try Dashmooladi kwath 10 ml early morning empty stomach. Avoid food for 30 mins after taking the medicine. Avoid using too much of soap, try besan ubtan for the face. Drink plenty of water. Hope this helps!
