I have severe hair loss from roots

Asked for Female, 27 Years

Hi dr Hair loss since 2 weeks.. I have thyroid but am taking tabs also..recently I got tested it's normal range only.. Now am taking 50 mg I did nt understand wt was the reason.. can I have to proceed any further tests to be identify the problem Plz help me...
