I have severe 6-month hair loss with bald patches, PCOS (periods now normal after treatment), and dust hives controlled by Dermzex BG. An online clinic gave me Minoxidil, but I want to know if Minoxidil, Pilgrim serum, or a derma roller will trigger my hives or worsen the bald patches. What internal link connects PCOS, dust hives, and bald patches? Please please suggest low-cost hair treatment medicine or low cost hair regrowth serum etc??? 🙏🏻
Internal hormonal imbalances and PCOS can cause : acne , weight gain , black patches/ darkening behind the neck and over underarms , increased facial patch and such bald patches and thinning which starts from the central hair partition . The hair loss can later on progress to involve the top part of the scalp . However timely and consistent treatment along with treatment and lifestyle modifications for internal hormonal imbalances can gradually improve the condition over time .

You did not mention if you have any thyroid issue. Both urticaria and hair loss are related to thyroid. If you have that, first we should fix it first. Stop using everything you see online. Minoxidil is a proven molecule for hair growth if you use it for atleast 3-6 months. Along with proper diet and anemia and thyroid correction if any.
You are suffering from hormonal changes causing Androgenetic alopecia causing hair fall. It's completely stoppable even regrowth of hair is possible with certain medications without any side effects. Treatment depends on the grade of hair loss. So, it's a must for diagnosing which grade, you are in for an effective treatment. Please send more photos of your head, by direct online consultation for accurate diagnosis and proper treatment.
Hello,
Thank you for your query.
• Based on the information provided, it is difficult to suggest the most appropriate treatment without a proper assessment, as several skin conditions can appear similar.
• Kindly share clear photographs of the affected area in good lighting along with details such as duration of the problem, symptoms, and any treatments used previously.
• I would advise against starting any OTC creams or self-medication, as some products may worsen the condition or delay proper treatment.
• An accurate diagnosis is the first step towards effective and long-lasting results.
You may book a consultation for a detailed evaluation and a personalized treatment plan. I would be happy to guide you further.
Hives are not related to hairloss.
Pcos is hormonal imbalance which causes acne, hairloss, disturbed period cycle
Kindly consult for better diagnosis and management
Please do not worry. Effective treatment options are available; however, management depends on the severity and extent of the condition. A detailed medical history is essential for appropriate evaluation and treatment planning.
