I have piles issue
Hi I am suffering from piles I don’t know it is in which grade ?? I am having this issues more than 3yrs. I have not taken any treatment or any surgical things

TX â Basic options: Fiber supplement: Metamucil, take as directed. Stool softener: Over the counter Docusate 100mg twice a day. Hemorrhoid meds:Â For bleeding and itching: Hydrocortisone rectal (Proctosol-HC) 2.5% cream BID or Hydrocortisone 25 mg PR bid, apply after bowel movement. For pain: benzocaine (orajel) apply as needed, max 4x/day. Also can try:Â sitz baths. Surgical options: Rubber band ligation. Surgical removal of hemorrhoids.
