I have PCOS
Greetings Doc, 1 year ago I went to Doc for skin related issues and she told me may be I have PCOS at initiale level and gave me some medicine for acne . But after that I have changed my city and came to Pune ..Now my weight is so much based on my height and I have white discharge issue, especially at the beginning or end of your menstrual cycle, is normal. However, if the dischargeis accompanied by itching and has a thick, cottage cheese-like consistency or appearance, what I have to do ?Please suggest me.

Hello, You need to lose at least 5% of your body weight to get some relief from PCOS. For itchiness and white discharge, you are likely to have candidiasis. Visit a gynecologist and seek proper treatment for the same.

You need to lose weight. You can see a gynaecologist in Pune and continue the treatment. Have a diet plan charted and exercise everyday. You probably have fungal infection. It will need to be treated by antifungals
